Thank you for considering the Babysitters Training Course - one of Canada Safety Council's longstanding initiatives.

I welcome students aged 12 or turning 12 within the calendar year to join this course, aiming to equip them with the skills to prevent injuries and responsibly manage common situations while babysitting. Throughout the program, I guide students, enabling them to showcase their capabilities and maturity.

To provide a comprehensive skill set for emergency situations, I recommend supplementing the Babysitter Training Course with First Aid and CPR training.

Successful completion is achieved through attending the full class and securing a passing grade of 75 percent on the final examination, ensuring students are well-prepared for their babysitting responsibilities.

Welcome to the Home Alone Course, another Canada Safety Council's youth courses.

This course is meticulously designed to empower children aged 10 and older with crucial skills and knowledge for safe and responsible experiences when home alone. At Heart Plus, we are proud to align with the standards and commitment to safety set by the Canada Safety Council.

Throughout the program, we focus on small group discussions, problem-solving activities, role-playing scenarios, and instructor-led demonstrations to ensure an engaging and practical learning experience. The Student Reference Book, provided to each participant, further enhances their understanding and retention of essential safety concepts.
